1. Urban Plates

Urban Plates is a great option if you're looking for healthy, affordable food. The restaurant offers a variety of salads, soups, and plates - all of which are under 600 calories. Plus, they have a "Market Place" where you can purchase healthy snacks and sides.
If you 're following a paleo diet, Urban Plates has many options for you. Check out their Paleo Menu, which has great dishes ranging from Salmon and Asparagus to Fresh Ahi and Cauliflower Rice.
Looking for a healthy soup option? Urban Plates has a variety of soups that are under 400 calories, including their Tomato Basil and Chicken Tortilla.
Don't forget to stop by the Market Place on your way out - you can find healthy snacks like hard boiled eggs, fruit cups, and yogurt parfaits.
2. Veggie Grill

Veggie Grill is a great choice if you're looking for healthy, delicious food. The restaurant offers a variety of salads, bowls, and plates - all of which are vegan.
Being a vegetarian restaurant, it's pretty easy to find great Paleo or Keto friendly options here. The Kale + Quinoa Power Salad is a favorite of mine when I'm looking for a simple salad to power me post a workout.
Other options include a wide variety of sandwiches, burgers, and bowls. The BBQ Chicken Bowl is a great option if you're looking for something hearty.
3. Lemonade, Del Amo Mall

Lemonade has quickly become an amazing choice for the freshness and originality of their menu. The restaurant is known for their seasonal menus and use of organic ingredients.
Lemonade has a variety of salads, sandwiches, and plates - all of which are under 600 calories. Their menu changes seasonally, so there's always something new to try!
My go to favorites at Lemonade include almost any of their bowls, which can easily be made to be calorie or macro nutrient conscience.
The bowls come with a variety of sides, so you can mix and match to create the perfect meal.
Lemonade is also a great choice if you have food allergies - they have a variety of options that are gluten free, dairy free, and nut free.
Stop by Lemonade next time you're in Del Amo Mall for some healthy, delicious food!
4. Fish Bonz Grill

Fish Bonz is a great fast casual seafood grill where you can get your healthy food fix in a very delicious and tasty way! They're located in the Rolling Hills Plaza next to the AMC Theaters.
Whether it's a quick bite to eat or a meal, friends and family can enjoy fresh fish daily that is healthy, nutritious, and delicious.
Their fish is grilled to perfection with a variety of sides to choose from.If you're looking for something lighter, they also offer salads and bowls. The Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl is one of my favorites - it's healthy and very filling!

5. Blue Salt Grill

This is a go to healthy eating choice for the Torrance Training Lab coaches and gym members! Fast casual fish, cooked and served to order - and they give you free ceviche while you wait (one per table)
Blue Salt is a great healthy choice because everything is made to order. You can get your fish grilled, blackened, or even in a salad!The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for healthy food that won't break the bank - Blue Salt is the place for you.
The ceviche is a must try - it's healthy, delicious, and the perfect appetizer to share with friends.
Last year, when I was dropping into my favorite Wollongong, Australia gym, I experienced some really amazing shrimp - and I must say, the fish at Blue Salt was on par!
